Email us at support@scentlyapp.co. Please use the email address linked to your Scently account when asking about your profile or subscription.

Account & login

  • Didn't receive a verification email? Check spam, then tap Resend Code in the app.
  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot Password on the login screen.
  • Signed up with Apple or Google? Use the same method to sign in — no separate password.
  • To delete your account, see our Delete Account page.

Scently Pro & billing

  • Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play, not inside the app.
  • iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Scently
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Scently
  • After reinstalling, open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the Pro screen if needed.

App issues & feedback

  • Found a bug? Email us with your device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce.
  • Feature ideas are welcome — we read every message.
